Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:  All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.  Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays..  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES:  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  Standard shipping is 7-14 business days.  Expedited shipping is 3-7 business days.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

ORDER TRACKING:  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS:  If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve it promptly.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:  Some of the products are made to order and may require additional processing time.  Any extended timelines will be noted on the product page.
